"Pros: -Customer service was off-the-charts. I always had fast answers from intelligent people to all my questions. -On a related note, I asked for advice about what to order and in retrospect I think the advice was honest and accurate. I am happy with what I got and think it was the best option. -Less expensive than other options -They did not have one of the options I ordered so gave me an automatic upgrade. Not sure if this will happen to anyone else but it did for me. -Quality of equipment was top notch. Cons: -Takes a while to arrive, but it is built-to-order so I know my firearm was built specifically for me. Overall I was very happy with the process. If you don't have to have the equipment immediately it's by far the best option I've researched."
