"I called today at 11:30 and the woman who answered treated me very poorly. My husband had a package to deliver to his work due to our driveway being unreachable and neither of us can figure out how UPS got that address. I called to see if this has something that happens often and she straight up said “I don’t know what to tell you.” That was her ONLY response. Thats not how you speak to people."

"I’m going to have to concur with Zachary from a few months back. Went in today to print and send out an important application. The printer botched a crucial part of the document. No one’s fault, but the reliably rude, be-speckled UPS employee was really put out when I refused to pay for the full print job. I printed 5/6 successful pages, and he charged me $5.04, including a $3 fee for using the computer, which I imagine he did just to be nasty. I remember when I was excited to see that there was a UPS store in a convenient location. After several abysmal experiences I’d rather walk my mail to its destination. [Response to "Owner"] I have sent an email to the address you provided, and have yet to get any response. This situation is unresolved, and has been for weeks now."
