"Ordered through the app at 540pm. Around 730, still hadn’t got any updates. Called the number, I was transferred to a call center. They told me my order was cancelled and yet I told them the app was still saying it was in the oven. They transferred me to the store and when they finally answered, I was told Pizza Hut hasn’t sold tea in over two years, yet it’s offered on the app and they had tried to call me but said my number wasn’t in service, so so they immediately cancelled the order. My phone was never cut off, as I literally took a call 2 minutes before I called. It’s now 820pm and still not resolution."
