"Saw they had good review and they advertise 24/7 dispatching. I called them on December 13th to inquire if they. Outdoor accommodate a 3:45 AM pick up so we could get to the airport. The guy was oh so friendly and said “ yes we can accommodate your request. He also told me the fare would be $35. He told me all I had to do was call the day before to confirm. I called today, 12/22.21, the day before as instructed to do, and now they want to charge $50 and said he only has one cab that MIGHT be willing to pick us up. I wouldn’t even give 1 star but you have to put something so you can leave your review. This company is very unprofessional! I recommend you don’t even waste your time with them."
"Ordered cab service 24 hours in advance for my mom. The driver did not come to the house. He parked up the street and then drove away. My mom called and had them bring the taxi back. No apologies or reasons for not driving all the way to the house we're given. This was not a house in the country with a long driveway, it is a house on a short cul de sac."
"I needed to go from Tappahanock to Mechanicsville on short notice. This was the only service willing to do this. I was quoted a flat rate as it was an hour drive. They arrived promptly, the vehicle was spotless, my driver was courteous. I couldn't have asked for more!!!!! I will definitely use their service again HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!"
