"Worst customer service I have had to deal with. I dropped off a picture to put on some T-Shirts,he says “Give me two days and check your E-mail”…..TWO WEEKS LATER…no email no phone call , no text…I go by there and ask for my picture back and he said “Oh I have you ready, did you get your E-mail “ No I have no e-mail, just give me my picture back ,I will go somewhere else.Then he says I dont have come in there with an attitude…DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THE FUZZY PICKLE"
"Terrible service. I placed a order 2 months ago.. I’ve called several times and I was told that I would receive a email with the finished product. I never received anything. Don’t waste your time here.. they only want big orders and apparently don’t have time for smaller ones. Just say that.. don’t waste my time. Thanks but no thanks."
"Sean was a great help! He helped with designing the correct logo for my company's shirts! Sadly after a month the prints on the shirts faded. With much concern I called Fuzzy Pickle and they immediately replaced me with brand new printed ones. I am very satisfied with my purchase. Thank you all for the great customer service. "Went into the store on Monday morning 7/10/2023 to order embroidered school polos for my son for school. Associate took all of my information and filled out an order form with the design requested and number of shirts…including the sizes and colors I wished to order. I was told I would get an email with the exact pricing and link to place my prepaid order. Called on Tuesday afternoon (7/11) to inquire as to when I would receive the email so I may place my order. Associate said I would receive it after lunch (on Tuesday 7/11) as two orders were to be processed before mine. Never received an email. Today is Wednesday and they close in 5 minutes …still no email. All of my email folders have been checked. No contact from anyone as to what the delay is. I will pass on ordering from this location since it’s obvious my business is unwanted. The two male associates were extremely nice to deal with, so I’m surprised the customer service is so poor…Update…It is now 6:16pm Friday (7/14/2023) and I never received ANY communication from Fuzzy Pickle regarding my order."
