"Listen. I'm very particular about my locs. I lived in Richmond from August 2015 until about 2 weeks ago. I found Whitney on styleseat probably September or October of 15 and haven't even LOOKED anywhere else. I'm from Mississippi...20 minutes south of Memphis. We take locs seriously down there. Whitney is the absolute best loctician I've ever had. Period. And now...she's teaching the others in her very own shop to do what she does. I don't know if yall understand how big that is...but if she was a CEO on Wall Street, she'd win awards for what she's doing. If you're in the RVA/Petersburg area and need your locs done, you're doing yourself a disservice if you don't go to Whitney."
