"I walked in at 4:23 stating I need my nails and my toes done but unfortunately things were not organized and ran smoothly like when John and Lily are there and now I have to go back at 10 a.m. to get my nails done which is a waste of gas and time since I live in dinwiddie very unsatisfied because I was supposed to go bowling but had to cancel my plans because two nails were ready to pop off ol boy glued them but that wasn't any good they popped back up there was no sign in book ma told the young lady I was coming to her to get my nails done but she had to do someone's pedicure. But if I would have been told from the door that I couldn't get both done that would be one thing but I announced what I needed done from the door since there was no sign in sheet and being t was there well before closing I don't understand why services couldn't be provided or business conducted more professionally. Been a customer for almost twenty years and this was NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE !!!! HOW LONG SHOULD IT TAKE TO DO ONE PERSONS NAILS ?? FULL SET??? FILL IN??? COLOR CHANGE??? PEDICURE ???"

"Voicemail says appointments only....i called on Sat morning at opening to schedule, they said they don't take appointments and there were 4 customers waiting. So, I go at 12noon and I'm there til 250pm for fill, pedicure, and brows. I recommend getting one service at a time. They can have you sitting there just waiting and waiting for the next service. Although they do seem to do a good job once the service is received."
