"If I can rate this company a zero star I would. This company is by far the worse broker company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is horrible. The sad part is the owner instead of setting a good example for his employees he sets the worse example. I do not recommend this place to anyone. His customer service with clients who have a language barrier is beyond the worse. My family member went through such a hard time getting them to resolve her claim. They refused to answer her phone calls. Once I called from a different number they answered and went on and on about how they can not resolve issues for clients. It saddens me to know that companies like these are still operating. First of all, I did not go into details about the policy and this is a violation of privacy to publicly post information regarding someone policy and it’s beyond unprofessional. Your reply to my review is completely false. I will not go into details about confidencial information and the details of the treatment received from you in our phone call on here but to briefly correct your reply, No I was not the insured, however I was speaking on behalf of the insured because of the inconsistency of your office and the treatment they were receiving from you. I request that you remove detailed information and place a reply in a professional manner."
