"IF I could give zero stars, I would...what's up with that...they still manage to pull an F? Disclaimer: Personal Experience....Be prepared for serious mayhem if you go with this novice insurance Group...while Marco is soft spoken and polite, in my horror experience, he should not be practicing insurance....Here are some of my images, see the basement before and after...in August of 2022, Progressive (discount insurance) doubled my premium, even though I had never filed a claim since the house was completed in 2018, forcing me to raise my deductible from $500 to $30,000 to stay within budget. At that time, this xxxx told me "YES", in response to my inquiry as to whether I could lower them again "AT ANY TIME". In January of 2023, I asked him to restore the deductibles to the lower limits, to which he said "OK"...only to come back and tell me I had to wait until renewal in August to lower them again (at policy renewal)....On July 4th, 2023 after a series of severe thunderstorms my basement got destroyed when the sump pump pipe burst. It wasn't until 4 days agon, (August 21st), that he finally helped me file a claim, which Progressive also found "Concerning"....the company itself has been quite unhelpful, with the claim handler being mostly tied up with personal affairs. SO I am left with a disaster zone with no means to repair the same, now edging upwards in the $50,000+ range (stage 5) with slab structural damage, to which the claims adjuster was almost laughing with delight, it was pretty obvious even with it being a phone conversation, (again this was my impression)....DO NOT hire this company, DO NOT get coverage with progressive, don't be fooled by their silly antics and their white apron commercials....its total nonsense.
