"What a difference 6 months makes. The employees are quick with the orders and if something is wrong they a quick to fix it and make it right. 1/19/24 change from 1 star to 5. Nice job July 2023 The experience at this Taco Bell has been terrible every time it doesn’t matter what you order it is incorrect. I went to that location after doing a mobile order which says it closes at 1 AM and the employee throws up X signs saying they are closed at 10:38. I said I did a mobile order and he says it doesn’t matter we’re closed. you already charged my account. We can’t keep blaming Covid for staffing issues and lack of customer service.. as an owner of a franchise you should reevaluate your leadership team, and the staffing in the location because your profit margin might be good at the location in front of Lowe’s. But the lackluster staffing at your John Tyler location needs to be changed."

"Went inside to order, no one talked to us. One guy behind in the back making food looked at us then kept doing what he was doing. Stood there about 10 minutes with no communication, no hey, thanks for coming in. Obviously they could care less about customers coming in. The drive through may have been more efficient. Not inclined to come back, my business is not needed nor desired. I saw another review that mentioned paying them more. I'd say nay nay. They don't wanna work for the pay, then cut their pay. 20 year ago I made 5.50 an hour and I busted my but to earn that. If you already have the job, then you signed on for it at the agreed upon amount before getting hired. Do the job you signed up for and stop acting bothered when you're expected to do said job. Don't like the job, then quit. Other jobs when you poor perform, you get a pay cut, hours cut, or demotion."

"Worst Taco Bell. Spent $30 for burnt quesadillas, a soggy deluxe box and the new nacho fries that had literally 8 soggy fries in a small container that was put inside the proper sized container? I wasn't expecting the best meal ever- I mean it's taco bell. But come on- completely ridiculous how bad it was."

"They completely restored the building. It looks good on the outside. I always go through the drive through. Fast and efficient service. Excellent prices. It seems they shorten their menu. It’s good. It’s clear. In my opinion most fast food chains have shrunk their portions. I haven’t noticed a change with Taco Bell. I highly recommend this store. I have been a customer for many years because my job is near and their prices are fair. Great service."
