"i used to love coming here! but, the attitude and treatment i got the last few times i’ve came here was disappointing.. i was a loyal client for a while. but the price and the work just didn’t match and the prices were always inconsistent. nail quality definitely went down hill… and the attitude was something i couldn’t deal with anymore which drove me to a new nail tech. also didn’t have half my day to sit in the shop waiting to get my nails done when i booked an appointment …"
"Honestly this is the worst set of nails I’ve ever had. I never ask for much but Kelly couldn’t even do it right. She rushed through mine. I highly suggest you get better and learn to lay acrylic properly and how to do nail shapes. I will be getting them removed elsewhere today."
"I absolutely love Kelly!!! She is one of the best nail artists in the Roanoke Valley! I see a few bad apples post reviews that are pretty bad and mainly it’s because they are trying to get a free set of nails, it’s rather ridiculous! Here’s the thing, Kelly is one of the most understanding individuals you will ever meet. Most people want to wait until she’s completely done and go home and say something about her sets, but why not say anything the moment she is doing your nails? If she is in the process of doing your nails and you don’t like something, SPEAK UP!! She will make sure you leave her salon happy! Kelly, you have always done an amazing job with my nails and I would never go anywhere else! Love you girl!"
