"It’s the experience of visiting Neroli Spa that sets it apart. I’ve been lucky enough to try a variety of services at Neroli Spa and they have all been excellent. The technicians are professional and have plenty of time to pamper you, even when your service isn’t very pleasant (IPL laser.) "If you need a med spa that makes you feel like your best self, Neroli is the place to go. I had my first ever laser hair removal service here and honestly, it was the best spa experience I’ve had in a long time. The staff were very kind and friendly with me. The front desk staff member helped me with all of my questions when I checked in and she made me feel like I walked into my home away from home. My technicians explained what to expect during my service and what to expect after. When I needed a break between zaps my technicians would encourage me and make me feel super confident. I tend to be very nervous with any first time treatments and I had so many questions, but my technicians gave me the confidence and the knowledge I needed. The aftercare instructions were thoroughly explained by my technicians and by the front desk staff member who had checked me in. I wish I remembered her name, but the kind lady who checked me in answered all of my questions about the other services they offer.
