"Had an appointment with Audrey for a skin fade came out with the worst haircut, patches all over, the worst razor burns and nicks. She should not be cutting hair let alone be allowed with a straight razor."
"I first want to say that Andy is AMAZING and the reason my son goes back for his haircuts. He couldn’t get in with Andy (maybe she was on vacation), and got an appointment with Audrey. She gave him the worst haircut he has ever had. Cut off his sideburns without asking. Didn’t offer a warm facial towel or a towel to rest on the edge of the sink. She was so rough with his neck, it was red when I picked him up and said it hurt when she was trimming the back. She didn’t brush off the gown so he had hair covering his pants when he left. Worst off, she answered a FaceTime call in the middle of the service. If we do return, it will only be to see Andy."
"Used to be good, this last time I went the lady (who also didn't bother telling me her name) doing my hair just had no bedside manners. Didn't say hello, how was your day, just straight to cutting. She was very rough when doing so. Not sure what pissed her off that day but she definitely took some of it out on me. Not going back."
"Andy is fantastic! She gives a great haircut to my little boy who is not yet 3. She’s super kings and patient and I highly recommend her."
"I've been coming here for over a year and watched the price increase and the quality decrease significantly. Thursday will be my last visit, I booked an appointment with Audrey who very clearly rushed through my haircut and missed multiple spots with the clippers. Even after going back and asking her to check and redo the back and sides, there are still areas that she missed."
