Shoe Dept. Encore

"Good selection of shoes. Employees will profile customers to the point where one is extremely uncomfortable to shop. I had a woman run and block a door with her hands out."

"Terrible service from manager and one sales floor employee. Five employee's on the floor and one cashier, line getting longer the cashier hato step away to help customer. Floor employee's see customers in line, and no one at register. Manager in office eating with door open, she can see customers in line. Still does not come help, one sales floor go in office tell the manager about line. The manager looks out the door see the line go back in office. The manager and sales floor employee starts laughing at customers in line waiting. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! All the sales floor employee's could have came to help the cashier. Who was so nice friendly. Manager needs to be fired or more training."

"I gave it two stars only because I found a pair of shoes I liked and the price was good. Unfortunately, I did not get to buy them. When I went to the closest counter, there were 3 employees standing around joking and talking. They said I had to go to the other counter (but didn't give a reason why). When we got to the other counter, there was a long line with only one register open. The cashier was arguing with a customer because apparently the cashier took someone from the line and not the next person. Not sure what the situation was but made it uncomfortable. Then the cashier got a call and took the phone and went into the back room. I put the shoes back and left. The crowd was getting angry and I was not comfortable in there anymore."

"My last visit was very uncomfortable and embarrassing for me. I usually love to shop at this store because of their great deals for nice quality shoes and accessories for my 3 year old. However the last visit was unpleasant because the cashier only rung up 3 out of the 7 items to stop and say "so far your items total $66.76 do you want me to continue ringing up the rest of your items or stop here" He made me feel like I wouldn't be able to afford the rest of the items. I replied yes and allowed him to finish ringing my items because I wanted to leave out of there as quickly as possible. I too work in customer services so I understand how some customers can be difficult at times. I always try to treat my fellow customers services reps/clerks with the most respect even if something goes wrong. This is my first time leaving a store questioning if there's something wrong with me?"
