"My company is having its annual party, and we get our suits from here. I've never owned a suit before, so I was very excited to get one. I went there after work, and they seemed very busy. I spoke with Mrs. Penny and told her I was okay with coming in later. I went there two days later. She helped me pick out my suit. I had a choice to either get a rental or buy one. I told her I wanted to buy it. After payment, she said to me that I would get an email when the suit got here. I received two emails about the promotions but never got one telling me my suit was here. Two weeks later, my co-worker got an email that his suit had come in. I went there the same day to check on mine, and it was there. A man, I forgot his name, helped me out. He informed me that I had a rental suit and I didn't buy it. I was beyond upset because I made it very clear to her that I wanted to buy it, and not once in our conversation, we talked about it being a rental. I hope corporate cares enough to either refund my money or give me the suit that I was supposed to own and not have it as a rental."

"If you are in need of a suit or some classy attire, go see Floyd at this location. I recently took my son here twice, and he loved Floyd helping helping him out on the look he wanted to dress to impress. Floyd is very knowledgeable, friendly, and a class act. Excellent customer service! We will both be back."

"Not the first unpleasant experience I’ve had here at this location but certainly will be the last. Bought a few shirts at your Short Pump store 09/20. One of the shirts weren’t in anyway as described by the salesman. Didn’t find out until I was home because they don’t let you try on in-store. Was near the Midlothian store and stopped in to return it (09/22) and the evening manager did not care. Looked at me and said he can’t take it, shrugged and gave me the I don’t give a **** face and pushed me out. No apology for being mislead. All he needed to say was “Hey. I’m sorry the shirt wasn’t as described. Unfortunately due to it having a few wrinkles I’ll have to ask you to take it to the store you bought it from” Again, because I can’t try on in store the wrinkles were from it sitting in the bag for a day. It’s a Michael Strahan shirt so it’s not wrinkle-free and not the greatest quality either, and it’s not like I took it for a night on the town and decided I don’t want it so I don’t see how the attitude from the man was justified. To clarify my anger isn’t with the inability to return (I’ll take it to Short Pump and sort it out there) but with the evenings manager lack of empathy. I’ll continue to shop at Mens Warehouse for all of my work clothes, just not this store."

"I walked into MWH Wednesday, absolutely last minute, looking for a suit to wear on Saturday. From beginning to end, John helped me along expertly, maintaining courtesy, honesty, and using every tool and bit of applicable knowledge to make sure I got exactly what I needed. I have absolutely no complaint about the stellar service. There is no way in which I felt my experience was any less than the best possible; I felt like a friend within those walls.
