"Ask for Brian. He's the best massage therapist there. Perfect pressure. Super friendly. He puts you at ease and really helps you to relax. Brian gave me the best massage I have ever had. My mom however wasn't super impressed by her massage but I can only rate based on my own experience. It's super pretty inside and they have water, champagne and snacks waiting for you. What a great experience. Don't forget to ask for Brian. They do include gratituity in bill automatically, but Brian was so good I tipped extra from that. Go see Brian you won't be disappointed"
"I had a manicure with gel polish at the Massanutten spa. In less than a week, the polish chipped on 2 nails and lifted off my thumb nail in less than a week. I paid almost $100 for this manicure. I pay $39 at home and my gel polish lasts for 3 weeks. Very disappointing. I only gave one star because the nail technician was nice."
"Great customer service and clean. Book in advance. Massage starts with a hot wash over face and feet. Oh yes! The best experience ever! I purchased two robes and purchased top-products from their spa as well."
"My sister had booked us with a hydrofacial and a Swedish massage today and both were amazing. I have never felt so relaxed before. Both the employee that did the Swedish massage and the employee that did facial were great and explained everything perfectly. Beautiful spa to go to if you want to get away from home and still get a little pampering done."
"The Spa at Massanutten is amazing! After a short wait — and a glass of champagne! — in their calming waiting room, I had a pedicure and the nail technician was the BEST. After my feet soaked in jetted hot water, she took care of my nails and cuticles, and then scrubbed and massaged my feet and lower legs. She used Dazzle Dry nail polish — which dried instantly! — and the color I picked (Tiger Lily) is gorgeous. I have a lot of pain due to plantar fasciitis in both feet, but the tech was super careful and made sure I was always comfortable. She was so kind and caring! My mom and sister got massages and my niece got a junior facial — one and all were thrilled. Overall I’m a huge fan of the spa and highly recommend it. It’s worth every penny (and the prices are reasonable as it is.)"
