"Made the mistake of booking online. Said I had 27 minutes to my appointment time. I live ten minutes away. Arrived five minutes before the appointment and noticed my name was now 37 minutes before being seen. I asked the manager what happened and she said, “well you weren’t here so I took someone waiting.” Why even book an appointment with a specific time? What a joke. Never again at this place."

"Sport Clips is great! I always use the check-in feature, pick a time, and show up right around when it says to. I've never had to wait long, so the system seems to work. I've gotten excellent haircuts from both Heather and Stacie. And my son, who is 13, got cleaned up really nicely by Lisa. One of the best haircuts he's ever had. The folks I've dealt with there are friendly and extremely competent. Though it is a chain, it definitely has more of a mom-n-pop vibe. Will definitely be back!"
"We usually have an average experience here. Wasn’t worth the $55 for a kids haircut and adult haircut, no extra services. The haircuts seemed rushed and upon looking closer in the car, we noticed how poorly done they were. Overall we won’t be returning and don’t recommend the Franklin Rd location."
