"I just had a haircut with Leann and would like to voice some concerns. Firstly, she was late and frazzled. She did text me she was running late after I had already arrived. Her workstation was filthy. Hair was everywhere, the combs and trimmer were covered in hair, and she admitted she didn’t “have time” to cleanup last night. I had to ask her to clean and sanitize the comb which was covered in long hairs. She then told me how tired and cold she was and that she was late because she stopped to get a coffee. I was then charged $35 for a scissor cut when she used a trimmer for 75% of my cut. Online it says $30 which is what I have paid in the past, and I told her that. She was seemingly nice and did an okay job with my hair, but I cannot continue doing business that is so unprofessional."
