"I went here in October 2021 for a shampoo and cut. I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted she confirmed she could do my hair like the picture. Keep in mind I had long hair, more than enough to cut to a shoulder length style with only two layers. #1- didn’t shampoo my hair. #2- 3 months later and my hair is still not to my shoulders. She cut 4-5 different lengths in my hair. 3 months later it is still a boxed uneven hair cut with NO STYLE AT ALL! I have used this place for years, always with good results. Never again!! The absolute worst hair cut in my life. When family and friends look at your hair and say “ what happened to your hair. Did you cut it yourself?” You know it’s a terrible cut. Don’t waste your time or money here. So sad, used to be a really good place."
