"I brought my daughter in for a haircut today. Prior to beginning the haircut, I was discussing the desired hair length with Naomi. Naomi asked if I had a rubber band and a bag for collecting the cut hair. Unfortunately, I did not have these items, so I asked her if you have available in store to purchase or if it is ok for me to quickly get it from the car and clearly mentioned do not start cutting. We did not finalized the hair length as yet I had to show her the hairstyle my daughter wanted afterwards. When I came back I discovered that Naomi had already started cutting my daughter's hair, and hair clippings were on the floor. I was surprised how she started cutting hairs when I had clearly mentioned and wanted to donate the hairs. Naomi proceeded to gather the hair from the floor in her hands, this is how you do the donation. I found this action unprofessional, as she was picking up scattered hair from the floor to give to someone and suggesting that this was an appropriate method of donation. I was very disappointed with Naomi when I had clearly mentioned NOT TO START cutting, I am getting the rubber band to tie to the hair for donation."
