"I chose this nail shop while my nail lady was out of town. I had a great experience there, shared how I didn’t trust men to do my nails because they usually mess up, and was reassured this guy knew what he was doing. He did a BEAUTIFUL job on my nails. They look magnificent, especially for dip. They are sleek and thin…but TOO thin. My middle finger broke exactly where the tip is placed on because he didn’t put enough dip powder, I guess. I got my nails done on Wednesday and my nail broke Friday night. No bueno!"

"I love this salon because of the great customer service I receive from the staff everytime! Sushma is the best Nail Technician I have ever had! I included some photos of her work :) She always does an amazing job on my nails, pedicures, and eyebrows! But her kindness & professionalism is what sets her apart from the rest! "This was my first time coming to this nail salon , I had called that morning and scheduled 3 gel manicures for my co workers and I and they stated they had the time for it . Upon arriving , I was not seated until 20 minutes later and then my one co worker had to sit with acetone wrapped on her fingers for 45 minutes. The other employees were happy to help seat walk ins as fast as they could but just ignored my one co worker who had a scheduled appointment and had already been sitting for most of the hour. My other co workers gel manicure was rushed leaving no time for drying in between , so her nails were smudged, bubbling up and was missing half the clear coat on some fingers. My co worker kept informing the lady that they needed more time to dry and she kept ignoring her saying no . Then after her nails were not fully dry she took a black nail file and refiled her nails leaving black marks all over them . Also the employees were over touching trying to push my co workers and I around to wear they wanted us to sit and we were moved from chair to chair multiple times and it was not relaxing at all. My one co worker ended up not even getting a gel manicure and they still charged her to take the polish off after she had to wait on them for over 50 mins, my other called and was upset and complained and got her $40 dollars back . I will not recommend this salon to anyone one if I could give no stars I absolutely would because that is how upset the three of us were it was not relaxing and we felt lied to from the beginning and the service was mediocre ."

"In not way trying to shame business, but people need to know before spending money. I came in on Friday for an acrylic full set with gel polish. I asked for coffin shape, I will still normally show a picture because I know every salon and nail tech do things differently, but he said he had it. It’s Tuesday now and around my nails are still sore and slightly swollen, with small cuts and peeled skin from how rough he was. You can see in the pictures that the acrylic doesn’t come close to the cuticles but the gel polish sure does. I tipped him and just explained the shape wasn’t what I was wanting but he claimed it was a coffin shape, I get coffins any time I get my nails done so I can tell you that is not a coffin nail. I would normally stand my ground but I simply paid and left, will not be returning for the sake of my nails, and wasting my money. Hope this helps someone else !"
