"I was a customer for over a year. During that year, this lash tech was repeatedly late to my appointments - in one instance, she was over an hour late (on a day I had a flight to catch) and did not even bother to reach out to me to let me know she would be late. I was overly understanding in each instance of her being late to the majority of my scheduled appointments. After this habitual tardiness from the lash tech, she had the audacity to charge me a late fee for being 15 minutes late, not to mention she had a nasty attitude about it and then charged my card for the full amount before I could even open my eyes, which was unusual and passive aggressive. Icing on the cake for me - she texts me saying that I "need" to reschedule my appointment to a certain date, when I told her I did not have availability to reschedule on the suggested date, I requested my deposit back because SHE cancelled on ME, at no fault of my own, she said "ok" and never sent my deposit back. A deposit is an advance on services to be rendered, NOT A FEE SERVICE PROVIDERS GET TO RUN OFF WITH WITHOUT PERFORMING THE SERVICE. So sad to be treated so unprofessionally, especially as a young woman trying to patronize another young woman's business. I do not usually leave negative reviews but the treatment within the beauty services industry has reached an all time low, due to interactions like this. 0/10."
