My experience was great from the reminder call the night before, to my arrival & the service itself. The receptionist (I feel terrible that I forgot her name) was very sweet and helpful. She patiently explained the different deals on the packages upfront. Gabrielle was very professional, gentle and had a positive attitude. The services I had done was under arm waxing and a Brazilian (all off) wax. Thanks to both staff members and their professionalism I will def be returning. I highly recommend EWC."
