"I was a walk in appointment and was able to be seen with a short wait time. Employees were welcoming. Marina was my stylist and she gave me an amazing peaceful experience I actually had my eyes closed during the blow dry. Very gentle and friendly! I am Dominican and my hair is naturally very curly and she did an amazing job with blowdrying my hair straight and added soft curls! And pricing was amazing!!! Appointment was at 11am left by 12pm. Loved my experience."

"My daughter got highlights and a haircut today at Salon Prive with Kay, and I kid you not, the cost was $265. How is that even possible? I feel totally taken advantage of. In addition, her hair is not how she wanted it AT ALL. She asked for her highlights to be refreshed with no color change, and she left the salon with skunk-looking money pieces that don't match the rest of her hair and highlights that don't even go to the top of her head. She hates it. We tried this salon because I know it has a good reputation, but we won't be back. We had to ask a hair stylist friend of ours to fix her hair, which she'll be doing tomorrow."
