"I went to this place based on the positive google reviews after my hair stylist moved away. I've gotten hair cuts from Chi for 4 times so far, and I would not be going back. From the time I sit down at her chair to walking out to my car takes about 25-30min. She charges $75 ($90-$85 w/ tip) for my medium length hair trim, shampoo, and blow dry. For twice so far, I've had to get rescue hair cuts from someone else because Chi can't seem to give me a even length hair cut. I just got a hair cut from Chi yesterday (my 4th time and last time). I even pointed out to Chi that one side seemed longer. She said no. The next day (this morning), I washed my hair...and My husband could not believe how uneven my hair was (right side is about 2 inches longer). So here I go again....I called another place to get a second hair cut to fix Chi's hair cut."
