"Sad to say I won’t be returning to this salon. First of all, it’s run down. But I can live with that if other things are okay. They weren’t. I considered walking out right after I walked in but didn’t. I wish I had. It was unclean and the tools didn’t appear to be sterilized. The lady carried around a container of things and used them in my feet. The price was low and now I know why. Buyer beware."

"This was the most uncomfortable and unprofessional nail experience I have ever had in my life. I called ahead to ensure that someone was available that knew how to do coffin shape nails with an ombre pink and white. I was reassured that they were able to do this so I went for an appointment. Soon into the appointment, I realized that the nail tech had no idea what she was doing and I attempted to stop the appointment. The person that seemed to be the owner, insisted that the tech was able to do what I wanted. Not only was I uncomfortable but the nail tech was extremely uncomfortable and frustrated by the end of the appointment. She had no idea how to do a coffin shape nor did she seem like she ever did a pink and white before. my nails came out terrible so I went home and filed them myself and now I can't wait to get these fixed."
