"I have had several terrible experiences at the CVS in Madison Heights but today's going to top them all! I was informed my prescription would be ready at 3pm one day earlier so when I arrived the day after to retrieve it and was told it was still "in process" I was bothered...I told myself if this happened again I would inform the pharmacist and wow! When I did she was RUDE and told me "she didn't HAVE TO fill my prescription." When I asked for her information she gave me a complete different name than the one one my bottle and from the website."

"Switched to this pharmacy location due to the one closer to home had AWFUL service, this location is just as bad. Rude, unhelpful staff with absolutely no care for customers! Will not use either CVS location if at all possible!"

"I always use the drive thru because I'm disabled and can't stand in a line. Sometimes I have to wait a bit but once I get to the window, the pharmacy people are quick, helpful, and always smile and treat me nicely."
