"Absolutely terrible customer service! I walked out after being waited on and my salesperson disappearing into "the back" for over 15 minutes to pick shoes without my size or preferences. A couple weeks later I go back to give it another shot. Naturally, I got the same salesperson AFTER a 20 minute wait. They were busy, I understand that. However, she asked my size and told me she would be back. Eventually came back with 3 pair of shoes and NONE were even close to what I asked for ( different brands and styles.) I declined the socks she insisted I had to try the shoes with. (I was wearing compression knee high socks that I wear for work as that is what I would be wearing with the shoes.) I will not try this store again. I've had similar experiences each time I have tried to shop here. This is definitely NOT worth the drive or aggravation."
