"This place will hire anyone off the street including felons. I walked in the other day and ordered some food. The lady behind the counter got rude and hateful. I literally looked at her and said “I don’t know who you think you are but I will not be talked to like that.” The younger dude with tattoos is just as bad. Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this establishment there are other subways around the tri cities."

Store is disgusting and their employee that’s covered in prison tattoo’s is rude to not only the customers but to his co-workers as well. I wish this store would close down for something else. "My food was awful and I paid a good amount for actually barely a sandwich, the staff kept treating me like I was stupid and I would've liked a refund but I don't think I could step foot back into that place unless I was actually being paid."
"If I could give less than a star, I would. The manager was rude not only to the other employee but the customers as well. The food wasn't enough to feed a rabbit. You can't get ahold of corporate. $32 for 3 salads that I could fit in my hand. Ridiculous! I will not be back and wouldn't recommend anyone else going there unless you like throwing away your money."
