"This will be my last visit to Jersey Lily's. I stay less than 3 minutes from there when in town and have eaten there during each stay. If I take-out instead of eating in, I put the food on my heated seats and cover with a towel. The French fries were cold. There was a missing side that was supposed to come with one of the entrees that I discovered was not in the container after I got back. I ordered a side of coleslaw for $2.99 that was a rip-off. The cabbage was drowning in dressing in a condiment container that wasn’t even full. I brought this to the attention of the person on staff. She said, that is just the way it is. When I ordered, I asked if rolls came with it, she said yes. When I unpacked the food there were no rolls. As I was leaving, the bag felt light for what I ordered. I looked, and it was missing chicken tenders and fries. Back to the person again. Oops, they forgot it. By that point, I was done with the whole thing. It was a very unpleasant experience for me and my 2 family members who were expecting a great lunch. I have no intention of going there again."
"The food was excellent & plentiful. We were delighted with the prices as well. Service was slow due to short staffing, but our server was more than efficient. The decor was nice with a western motif. Unfortunately, we sat beside someone who wouldn't stop complaining which made our experience a bit uncomfortable. If time permits, we will return."
"First time eating at Jersey Lily’s. I really liked the server Jim, he was super sweet and very attentive. Good food, and prices were decent. I loved the decor, very pretty! My only complain is the women’s bathroom could use some air fresheners."
