"Called to schedule appointment as i woke up in a lot of pain in my upper right 1st molar . I had never been there before but they were on my new insurance list. A clinical assistant from the back was at the front desk as it was almost lunch time. She advised me she was being cross/trained and did not know all my insurance answers but she spoke to the Dr and he would take a look at my tooth within the hour. She did everything right and when I arrived was greeted, seated and attended to. Dr Marshall has a gentle touch and understood my sensitivity. He also did everything right. What a wonderful office. Although I only interacted with 2 people I give them 4 stars. I used to be a clinical coordinator for a busy multi/orthodontists group with 3 offices. I loved the care I received from Dr Marshall and if they will have me I will become an active patient. Kind, respectful, professional, informative and mostly a wonderful chair-side manner! Best part was gentle skilled hands and genuine care. Thanks you guys. Keep being wonderful .. it shows and it matters."
