"My piña colada and old fashion was good, however it was overpriced for sure. My Paloma did not taste like a Paloma. My parrillada for two was not worth the $50. Looked like something I bought from the frozen section at Walmart. Not only that….my side was Korean fried rice. I love Korean food but are you serious? My taste spuds were confused. This was at the FAIROAKS mall location. The room was cold too. I don’t know. Wasn’t a fan at all. Oh yeah…forgot. The shrimp sucked too."

"Quality of food is really quite good! I'm aware that it's a bit "pricey" for a Mexican resturant but this is definitely not a simple or casual Mexican restaurant, and especially for the area it's in I don't really see the prices being outrageous but rather makes sense. We had the guacamole which is a LARGE portion and it was sooooooo good. There's complimentary chips paired with Verde sauce & a mole type sauce, I'm not 100% but the Verde sauce was my favourite. We also had the birria tacos, which I'm SO glad I tried cause those portions were also large 4 tacos total but 1 singular taco is about the size of 2 street tacos and the birria was perfect. The meat inside the tacos were perfectly tender and I would get them again. Now, what surprised me was the fajitas. We did a single portion of half chicken and half steak, which was not only delish but the steak was so buttery and tender I would eat it alone lol. The chicken though *chefs kiss* it was SO GOOD, not overcooked in anyway which is surprising for fajitas and I really enjoyed them The star of the show you ask? THE MARGARITA FLIGHT. It was so aesthetic and tasty with 4 different margaritas; original, strawberry, tamarind & orange. Presented in such a cute way, I'd come back for these alone. We ended our date night with a tres leches which was SCRUMPTIOUS, my partner doesn't even really eat desserts and he almost ate the entire thing LOL. He said he would absolutely come back for it (so I guess I have to come back to get it for his birthday, cause as I stated he doesn't really eat desserts so I'm pleasantly surprised ) Overall a 10/10 such a good find for our fairfax area, will be back.
