"I go to my appointment the appointment I scheduled on the phone with a human at 8:30 am only to find out my appointment was canceled because I did not verbally confirm an appointment I had already scheduled. This was NEVER mentioned when I made the appointment, and apparently, my appointment time was also no longer available even though I was told they called me at 4 pm the day before and this office doesn't open until 8 am, but ok. If you choose to schedule an appointment with Aspen Dental make sure to save their numbers so your phone doesn't read it as Spam and make sure you confirm the appointment you've already secured and scheduled. I'll be going back to my original dentist, convenience isn't always better (this office is around the corner from my home vs. my dentist in Hampton). Schedule at your own risk."

"I showed up for my appointment and had to wait an hour until the Dr was able to see me. I understand being busy and behind, but once they had numbed my mouth the Dr said we had to wait on his assistant and then everyone disappeared. No Dr, no assistant, no patients, it was silent. No one told me that the Dr went to a meeting and everyone else had gone to lunch. So I had to wait another hour for everyone to come back before they finished the procedure. What should have taken 45 minutes, took 3 HOURS."

"I have had several appointments at Aspen Dental in Hampton, VA. I went in with concerns with my teeth decaying quickly and suddenly. The problem was solved on the first visit. Unfortunately I had to have 8 upper teeth pulled and one lower tooth. That has been done and I got my temporary dentures the same day. The entire process from beginning to end was wonderful. I was shocked at how pleasant the entire staff has made this experience. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and personable. The front office, techs, hygienist, nurse and dentist are amazing. My bill was explained thoroughly and they offered a payment plan. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs."
