"I just moved to Galax in September and have been craving pho. This place was absolutely delicious! The broth is very tasty, add in the hoisin sauce for a little kick. The egg rolls were incredibly fresh and crispy. The boba tea was also very good. I got the pho ga, honeydew boba, and an order of egg rolls. Highly recommend this restaurant!"
"I've been eating from this place since it started in a food truck years ago, and I've nearly always gotten the same thing. The Stir Fry Noodles, extra spicy, extra pork! I've started getting onions in it too, but I think it comes with onions normally anyways! I've also had the different phos, and I must say they are simply pho-nomenal! I also have had the dumplings, which I didn't think I would like but I add to each order I get now. Atmosphere wise, it's nice but it could definitely use some work now. Everything I go in I notice more things though, so it's definitely improving. It was better when they were ST Vietnamese, but they didn't have all the retail items then either. Service is top-notch, but I may be biased as I'm friends with everyone there. However, when other people come in they seem extremely friendly and helpful. They also seem to have quite a few regulars, which doesn't happen if you have poor service, no matter how good the food is. Overall, this is the place to go to in Galax. Especially if you're a fan of Vietnamese cuisine. I've been here all my life and I don't know what I did before they started up! Last updated: 10/05/23"
"Excellent Asian food! One of the best Banh Mi I've ever had. The Pad Thai and pork egg rolls are also top notch. I will definitely be going back next visit to Galax to try other menu items. Location is very unique. My only criticism would be they need a more prominent sign so people on the main drag can see it."
