"I moved from DC to Virginia and I was worried about not finding an amazing dentist like the one I had before but then I came across. Dr. Tortiker is beyond amazing, I always get nervous before my appointments because the dentist has always been scary for me. But she made me feel at ease. When I had questions she answered them all, she talked through the process of my first root canal and her Assistant Fred was super nice made me feel even better about my procedure. Dr. Tortiker is one of the best dentist in VA. I am glad I found this practice and that I can proudly say that she is my dentist❤️ Also the front desk staff is super sweet , helpful and I appreciate the hard work they do to keep the place running smoothly."

"I HAD no problems with this place at first..the manager samira ad the receptionist Selena had great customer service and the doctors very nice ..and then one day some random girl answered the phone calling herself a reception but refused to help me with my appointment saying she has no access to the schedule or to helping me with anything which makes no sense(I'm a receptionist at a dental office as well and we ALWAYS have access) so I asked her why not and she just kept saying I don't have access and I said why not aren't u a receptionist and don't u guys open at 9(it was 9:05am) and she got annoyed..started yawning and sighing as if I was the problem when clearly SHE has no idea how to do her job or just doesn't care to so I let her know how I felt and hung up..I had more work to get done but unfortunately thanks to an unprofessional and RUDE "so-called" receptionist I will not be coming back here. It's truly sad I really hope the owner sees this and takes actions to fire her because this is not acceptable and gives the whole business a bad reputation and as a dental receptionist for over 10 years Good luck ha i would NEVER treat a patient this way.Good luck to you all with a worker like that answering calls. I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend anyone come to this office now..so sad."

"This is a beautiful facility, and the staff was kind but I wasn’t particularly happy with my cleaning. There was nothing refreshing about it. 8 I didnt leave with my teeth feeling any cleaner than when I came in. The cleaning only included a polishing, no flossing, no check for tartar.. which I saw the tool was sterilized and ready to be used but never was. My cleaning in total only took less than 5 minutes. Typically I have a probing done during the doctors evaluation and that wasn’t done either. This was my first time being back in 2 years so I expected alot more thorough care. A little surprised after reading such good reviews."
