"Horrible experience from how the office runs to the work done. Dr. Daru over promised what she could accomplish only to make my gum line worse. She was confident at our first appointment that she could repair my receding gum line in the front. Afterwards, she played it off as she “hoped” she could. Quite different. The procedure was extremely painful and I wasn’t fully advised of the recovery. When I tried to call to schedule a fix, although I was terrified of a second go at it, the office NEVER returned my calls. I finally had to go thru their phone tree as a new patient to make an appointment. That turned out to be a waste of 2 days off from work as she would not do the follow up surgery originally promised. I requested my records and now 4 months later still haven’t received them."
