"I am going to report this business to the Business Bureau. I scheduled an appointment with this office and everything looked legit. I submitted the visit form, my insurance card and provided my SSN. Before the day of the appointment, I got message to confirm my appointment. On the day of the appointment I got a text message saying I would be charged $25 if I don’t come to my appointment. I was there at my scheduled time. The office was closed and the outside looks like an abandon office. I called the number and spoke with a lady who by the way doesn’t know the office suite number. No one was in the office. It doesn’t look like a credible business. I was told the doc will come in at 11am when my appointment was at 8:30. Don’t waste your time contacting this office. It just looks like they are mining people data."

"I should have checked the reviews before making an appointment.  When I called for information and to make the appointment, the receptionist disconnected the call twice instead of putting me on hold.  When asked for the email address in order to send recent x-rays from another dentist, I was intentionally provided with an incorrect one because I read back the address and got a positive confirmation.  When at the dentist office, I again emailed the images twice to the correct email address on their business card, but the receptionist kept insisting that she did not receive them.  She was extremely rude and disrespectful in her tone and behavior.  The dentist just smiled when I mentioned the behavior of the receptionist.  I am almost certain that it is the same receptionist who has gotten a number of complaints over the past few months.  My guess would be that she has an unprofessional relationship with the owner of the establishment since this serious issue has not been addressed or corrected.  In all likelihood, the positive reviews are from the staff and/or their friends, associates, and relatives. One star was given because there is no option for zero. I am also certain that there would be many more complaints if those who visited the practice cared or bothered to do so."

"I’m 8 months pregnant and experiencing pain in my gums so i found this place on google and it was close to my house and accepted my insurance. Upon arriving the front desk receptionist hispanic lady with red hair and smokers raspy voice, Starts slamming the paperwork and saying that i was late. My appt was 2:30 and i arrived at 2:36. I explained to her i mistakenly went to the wrong dentist office directly across and she started speaking to me rudely. I told her that to lower her tone since she was loud and she kept being aggressive. I asked to speak to the manager and she said there is no manager. I asked if she felt good treating people in this poor manner and she sarcastically replies yes with an evil smile on her face. She then took a puff from her vape and went to back room to cool off. Another worker started assisting me and i asked if smoking/vaping in the office is allowed and i told her that the lady just did. She brushed it off nonchalantly and replied ok. I wish i knew who to complain to in order to escalate this because i feel this experience was so horrible and very unprofessional. Nobody should be treated in that way. Crazy part is as i’m writing a review i see that someone else has already left one 2 months about the same lady. Clearly she’s a problem and should be held accountable. I will not be returning."
