"I came to get a partial denture after having to get two bottom front teeth pulled. My bone started coming through my gum afterward to my shock. I was given Sara Holston who I didn't know. She had to cut my gum and the bone and give me stitches. It was very painful and took a week to recover. Sara only approved one day to recover to my job and because she downplayed how serious it was I lost a week of pay and could have lost my job if I hadn't been there so long. What she did to me was unprofessional and unethical. She didnt care about me at all. Added later: I had to request a leave of absence through Sedgwick and they send the paperwork they need to your office to be signed by the dentist who performed the surgery, which was Sara. I had to stay out for a week to recover. It took that long to heal from the surgery. But Sara would not approve a week, only a day so my leave of absence was denied because of her. It had nothing to do with my employer! Sedgwick had me call several times to remind your office of the deadline. They waited until the last minute to get it done. I shouldn't have to keep asking. That's part of your job as a dentist! Your reply to what happened to me was untruthful and sounds like your more worried about your reputation than caring what your patients go through. And that's all I m going to say. I ts a waste to say anymore."

"Dr. Holston and every staff member I have encountered has been phenomenal. I wish I had found them sooner. Scheduled there based off google reviews after leaving another dental office feeling pretty down from a cold/impersonal initial appointment. Within the first 5min at South Holston, I knew I was at the right place. From check in to check out, the staff is incredible. Creating a treatment plan, Dr. Holston and staff made me feel seen/heard and not just another “body” passing through. As a dentist, she is kind, professional, gentle, and caring. She and staff have taken time and effort to provide best treatment option. I can not say enough about them!!!"

"I have had many dentists over the past 40 years mostly all good however my experience with south Holston dental design over the past 6 months has been exceptional Dr Davenport and dental assistant(Deanna) are incredible. Total professionals. 4 front implants and two restorations began in Nov 2022. Completed in April 2023 Dr Davenport has state of the art modern equipment and he is cutting edge on his methods. I to tally recommend this practice. Like I said I have seen/ experienced lots of dentists over the years go to the best!! Bar none."
