"Do not go here if you don’t come from white descent because they WILL racially profile you! I had employees following me around the store an employee thought I was trying to shoplift for trying to be creative by taking a cup out and trying to see if these little charms would fit on a lid to glue on and still in the package why in the world would I try to steal in front of an worker?? I never once opened my SMALL purse besides to pay how in the world am I going to fit a box with two tumblers in a small bag I can barley fit a snack size bag of Doritos in it. When I called and complained the manger didn’t even sound like he cared one bit. Train your staff better. But most importantly don’t hire a bunch of racist people. So much for a “Christian” company."

"Shopped Briatol, Va. Store. Went 10 days before Christmas. My mom wanted candles. Found just what I wanted. Prices were good and even though it was busy the line moved relatively quickly. Thanks"

"I have some amethyst crystals that I want to wire wrap as a gift for my daughter for Xmas. I'm in the sterling silver section and they got these plastic retainers in between every single item and people have already pulled the first item so I'm having to move all of these retainers to look at the products. I'm just letting them drop in the bottom of the display and I was going to pick them up and put them back on there and then while I was looking a couple of the hooks fell off which I was also going to fix. All of a sudden an associate just angrily reaches in front of me while I'm squatted down and just start snatching everything up. I said excuse me don't do that in front of me like that ever again. She said don't be throwing stuff on the ground I was like nobody's throwing anything on the ground the hooks fell off which is not my fault and the plastic retainers can be put back on the pegs. I stood up and looked at her name tag and said you're acting ridiculous Rita. She's like don't come anywhere near me I'm going to call the police I said nobody's going to come near you what's wrong with you. I said you shouldn't be treating customers like this especially someone with PTSD and autism. She's like I've got a heart condition and you're going to cause me to have a heart attack and she started feigning a heart attack. I told her to get away from me and she kept walking away holding her chest and then she went to the end of the aisle holding her chest looking for others around. So your associate, Rita, got very rude with a customer then threatened to call the police whenever the customer was not showing any signs of aggression, then fakes having a heart attack multiple times. All because she assumed I was being an inconsiderate customer making a mess. This is ridiculous. She needs MAJOR coaching on how to deal with customers."

"I go here for shirts in order to make custom vinyl ones. Can't beat $2 and some change for just about any colored shirt you could think of. It is weird that the fall stuff is only 40% off when the Christmas is 50% off"

"This is a nice store with plenty of craft supplies and a friendly staff. Unfortunately, I needed information on reframing an antique stain glass window and no one knew anything about it. I realize this is a specialty item, and the person working the frames department was as helpful as she could be. No worries, still a store I'd go back to for other things."
