"Took my car for a grinding noise when braking on 09/20/23, was told they didn't hear the noise, brakes look great "almost brand new", grinding noise worsens, take it back 10/05/23, now they say that all 4 brakes and rotors need to be replaced for 680$. Were rude and condesending, could not answer why it was missed the first time, a second opinion elsewhere showed that the rear brake pads were worn but the rotors had some scratches but not enough to warrant replacement, front brakes were ok. Will never go back, not even for an oil change."
"I do not recommend going to this shop because they will try to take your money unlawfully...because they will not give you an invoice for the parts purchased for the car...why because they double the price twice as much as the car dealer prices.."
