"Their slogan is “I don’t know what to tell ya”. My boyfriend had a broken tractor part and figured this would be the best place to take it because of the reviews. The part he needed was for an older tractor and the clerk told him they couldn’t get the part, that no one could get the part “in the world”. He printed off a sheet of 28 little parts he needed to make the part and told my boyfriend he’d have to order all the parts from a tractor junk yard in PA but still wasn’t hopeful they’d even have it all. My boyfriend left and found the whole part immediately on eBay."

"I took a Stihl chainsaw in for repair three weeks ago. The clerk stated that they could not look at it until that Thursday, and promised to call once the problem was identified to provide an estimate. The call never came. I am sensitive that businesses are challenged with the current Covid situation. Unfortunately, this business failed to meet any standard of customer treatment. I picked the unrepaired saw up today, and the business provided no explanation or apology."
