"I needed a oil change and service for my pre-owned 2017 Armada. Tri-State offers late service hours that means no need to take off work and I can get things done at my convenience. My Service Advisor was Bob, and he was great! Not only was he friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, he made sure to apply all discounts available, including ones I was unaware of! I also had a dreaded passenger airbag system caution light (if you have an Armada, you know what I am talking about.) Fixing this is a major, costly repair somewhere in the neighborhood of $5k. Fortunately, when I bought the car from Tri-State, I also purchased the extended warranty, so that repair will be covered under that. Bob was also extremely helpful here, initiating the service claim, and explaining the process, and setting me up with a rental during the repair process. Overall, my experience was painless, and enjoyable. Bob was awesome, and I remain a big fan of Tri-State Nissan!"

"Service Writers very personable but need to request a quote first. They treated my car very professionally but changed the configuration settings without advisement. Had to wait over 5 minutes for Cashier so I could pay."
