"Employees 5/5 Customer Service 5/5 Savings 5/5 Products 4/5 We purchased a magnet product for my special needs child. We tried to take the magnet out and it ripped the sticker off of it. Picture attached. My spouse and I will see if we can salvage it, if not we will likely return it since the sticker separated so easily. My main reason I have not purchased from JoAnn is because the company was bought out during pandemic and the quality of items has gone down. I was hoping this was not still the case, but, I will see how the other products handle our projects."
"So happy to see that Joann's was open on Labor Day. I was able to pop-in and pick up supplies to make a dog leash. I wanted to make a lead and matching bow-tie for our new puppy for Randolph Macon game days. Found the color and motif I was looking for and, just as important, the hardware. Check out the coupons on their app. My total cost was less that $10! Staff was nice and the store is well stocked."
"I love this store If you have the app, there are always good coupons (or there are some coupons on their website that anyone can use) to get a good find for cheap. The workers are always helpful, the selection of fabric, tools, decorations, etc. is wide, and I have had no problems when I have needed to exchange something (with receipt). Just got this pretty fabric the other day and made an adorable shirt with it. See you again soon, Joanns!"
