"Every time that I've visited this location, I've had a bad vibe from the employees. They don't acknowledge you when you walk in and they don't offer any assistance at all. It's extremely weird!! This has happened to me twice and I've visited this location 3 times. It's usually 3-4 employees right there at the counter. I probably would have bought some items if I had been offered help. I'll just go to O'Reilly's from now on or stick with AutoZone."

"Always has good quality parts and service. My only complaint is when ordering online to pick items up at store, they've not had something in stock that their website showed them being in stock. So, I've had to wait an extra day or 2 for the part to be ordered. I wish they would call to notify ahead of time, so you don't make a wasted trip to store."
