"The last three times I’ve gone to this car wash I have purchased the $9.00 car wash. Each time I’ve been charged $15.00 on my card and only received the $9.00 wash as selected. I have reached out to their phone number listed online but it is incorrect. The car wash itself does an okay job and the complimentary vacuums and microfiber towels are a plus. Please update your contact information listed online (Google) and check your card reading machines. It has done this on both the right and left side bays."
