"My recent visit to Goodyear had its ups and downs. While the folks there were friendly and service was quick, I'm a bit disappointed about what seems like a mix-up in diagnosing my car. After getting a second opinion from another mechanic, it turns out the issue Goodyear pointed out wasn't actually there. It leaves me questioning the accuracy of their assessments. It would be great if they could be more transparent and get the diagnostics spot-on. Hopefully, Goodyear takes a look at this and works on improving their accuracy, so customers like me can trust the info we're getting about our vehicles."

"Don’t take your car to Goodyear to get work on. Take it from me. I experienced my brakes failing three times and had an accident which caused me to hit a pole and could of lost my life from this. Now, I have to get another car. Thanks a lot for nothing…. I will never go back there ever again!!!!!!"

"Came in on 12/19/23. I have been coming to this Goodyear for over 20 years. Mike Bane is super, and I came in today as a warning light came on while driving about low tire pressure. They got my car fast and said the pressure gauge was needed on one of the tires. Al, the mechanic put a new gauge in and it worked perfectly. Great customer service."

"Mike was very helpful. Gave me a great deal on my tires! I went in and had 4 tires replaced, an oil change and alignment check. I gave him the keys and went to breakfast across the street. By the time I got back the car was already to go. He said that they checked the alignment and it was right in specs, so I didn't need one. Tyvm for your honesty. He opened up a Goodyear credit card for me that offered a awesome rebate. That really dropped the price down. Couldn't beat that price anywhere in town. They really took great care of me. Thank you guys so much for the great service!"
