"My teenage daughters and I spent about 25 minutes in the store today. It was not busy, as they’d just opened. There were three employees. Two were sitting on the checkout counter with their feet tucked under them, playing on their phones, eating, drinking, and chatting. The other was ringing up the customers ahead of us in line. Nobody ever offered to help us. We realized should not have had to wait in line when there was another register open, especially when the two young ladies were obviously available to assist. One was talking about her nose piercing while putting her finger in her nose."
"Terrible experience. Came in after the mandate was lifted and was asked to put a mask on. Even after stating I have asthma and couldn’t breathe well so I had to get some fresh air. The man working forced me to check out and wouldn’t let me continue shopping even though I put my mask back over my mouth. After asking for my military discount he got an attitude with me and then when he bagged my things up and I told him to have a good day he threw my bag at me and didn’t say a word. Absolutely terrible staff."
"i’ve been trying to shop here for awhile now and it’s been closed for a “lunch break” every time (no matter what time of the day it is). i finally had the chance to go the other day and i was never acknowledged by the employees. the whole time i was there i felt like i was intruding so i left. about 20 minutes later i saw the employees shopping in ulta so i guess that explains what they do during their 4 hour lunch break lol"
"Arrived at the mall only to find pacsun closed at 4 in the afternoon for a “lunch break”. Wasnt back open till 530. Store selection was pretty weak/slimmed down, guys stuff was even less than usual. Strange behavior from employees. Hipster guy with the glasses smelled bad and was rude to my friend. I may end up never going back to a pacsun if this is what they’ve become... their transition to poser brands years ago shoulda been my warning I suppose"
"We drove an hour to valley view mall. While at the mall we decided to go to this store the last one before home. It was 3 o'clock. The employees decided to take a 1 hour lunch all st the same time. We were told to come back at 3:45. My granddaughter really wanted to go so we took her back only to find a long line to get in the store. Needless to say we had to wait. Someone please tell me what is wrong with this picture. What if that long line had been before their 1 hour all at the same time lunch"
