"Was with my family and looking for a Class B. We drove through the lot spotting a few. Soon a guy on a forklift approached us. We told him what we were looking for. He told us we were in the lot that had units needing service and not for sale. He then told us to go to the show room. When we got into the showroom we approached the lady at the front desk and told her what we were looking for. She told us she would let a salesperson know. We proceeded to a Class B in the showroom. After 20 minutes when the salesman showed up some rude female employee approached the van and told us that the the oil from our kids hands would damage the plastic screen in the doorway. At this point point it was obvious that myself and my disabled children were not welcome. We asked the salesman if there was anything outside we could look at. He led us to a camper van. My wife stepped inside and immediately said "This smells like a dead body." I told the salesman I appreciated his time. I took my wife and kids and we left. Overall we felt really unwelcome and rushed. Wasn't even there 20 minutes."

"My husband convinced me to go look at campers with him in November 2023. I was not very interested lol. We went saw one that we both agreed on, this is our first camper. William St. Clair was awesome during the process. I would recommend him to others. He wasn't pushy, gave us time to look around and was even very tolerant of my extreme ADHD child and my husband who had a million questions. He was also very responsive when we had questions the next day. After our purchase William continued to go above and beyond for us. He delivered the camper and tackled our extremely difficult driveway with great patience. Unfortunately a week later we have a small issue with the camper I contacted William and he was on it immediately to get it handled for us. A+"
