"We had to have the engine replaced. Jimmy gave us a date to bring the vehicle by. We had it back in 3 days . They were quick and did a great job. The only issue was that Jimmy said Ford knew they had an issue but no no recall. We had 52000 miles on the vehicle. If we had not had the extended warranty we would have had to pay the entire amount. I never heard how much that was, as our part was only $100 ."
