"The lady at the counter was very rude when I tried to return a pair of boots. I bought the boots and brought them into my room (which is carpet) and tried them on again and realized they were too big so they just sat in the box until I had time to go back to return them. I was going to get a smaller pair but when I came in the lady at the front said she couldn’t return them because they had some little scratches on the Bottom of a pair of leather bottom boots. When I told her that I literally have never wore them before she got very rude with me and said that she can’t sell them like that, when she sold them to me like that. I would advise not to go there. I would rather drive 2 hrs to boot barn than go there again. It’s fine if you can’t accept the boots but I’d expect a store to treat their customers with a little respect. Edit: yes this is the same people because you replied to my friend saying that It was a young man not a girl named Erika so i decided to leave a review because I’m the one that tried to return the boots. Also I have not eaten at Burger King in the last two months so I don’t where she’s getting that"

"The employees here are extremely rude and demanding. I had a drink in my hand when I walked in the store and the lady behind the front desk was very rude about me not being able to have it. Instead of kindly asking me to please leave it by the door, she was demanding and tried to belittle me with sarcasm and made me feel extremely stupid. The same lady refused to take back a pair of boots because of small scratches on the bottom of the boot; she was extremely hard to work with and downright mean. Those boots had to have been sold to me with the scratches on the bottom of them because I never wore them once off of carpet, and this woman was trying to convince me that I had worn them and made me feel that I was lying. Never had a more rude interaction in my life. Wish I could rate it 0 stars. I understand store policies, however, there is absolutely no excuse for rudeness and I will never be returning to this store. EDIT: Response to business: It doesn’t matter if it was a low level employee or the owner of the business. You were still rude and we still experienced terrible customer service. My good friend returned the boots- I was right beside him and I know exactly what happened. Even if you don’t believe what he said, there is still no excuse for rudeness, like I said. I don’t know how you expect to get good business and happy customers while treating people so poorly. Everyone reading this should go to “Blue Collar Mercantile Workingman’s Store” instead…. Just 11 minutes down the road and you will have a much better experience."

"We are from Upstate NY. Headed through from Decatur Alabama to home, looking for some show clothes for our 16yr old daughter. The minute we walked in the door the owner was attentive, kind and knew her stuff. She had a good selection and her prices were AMAZING...Not our first rodeo buying show clothes! Prices were so good we more than we went in for. I'd drive back from NY just to say hi and restock supplies!"
